The Affiliate Community (TAC) Web Site www.affiliatecommunity.net (the "Site") is an online information Subscription Service provided
by TAC, subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below. PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING
OR USING THE SITE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT

AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS. YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR
CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT. We adhere to the Children's Privacy Act. You must be 18 years of age to join or use TAC or any of the recommended or linked sites. This site follow the guidelines, policies and laws of the Federal Trade Commission (www.ftc.gov).We retain the right to refuse anyone membership in any of our sites. Limitation of Liability: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL TAC OR ITS OWNERS, PARTNERS, SITE DEVELOPERS, ETC BE LIABLE TO ANY MEMBER ON ACCOUNT OF THAT MEMBER'S USE OR MISUSE OF OR RELIANCE ON THESE SERVICES. ARISING FROM ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SUBJECT MATTER HEREOF SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO PREVENT RECOVERY OF DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER SUCH CLAIM IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, (EVEN IF TAC OR ITS PARTNERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES). SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF AND RELIANCE ON THE TAC SERVICES, FROM INABILITY TO USE TAC SERVICES, OR FROM THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF TAC SERVICES (INCLUDING SUCH DAMAGES INCURRED BY THIRD PARTIES). THIS LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY REASON OF OTHER SERVICES OR GOODS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON TAC SERVICES OR RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN TAC SERVICES, AS WELL AS BY REASON OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON TAC SERVICES OR RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE TAC SERVICES. THIS LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO THE COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA. TAC does not warrant that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that our web site or the server that makes it available is free of viruses or other harmful components. TAC does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in our web site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. You (and not TAC) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing repair or correction. Every effort has been taken to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our partners, products and services, however you are using these services at your own discretion. We will not now or in the future reimburse you for any reason for any money or time lost when using the TAC site. Copyright Information: Unless otherwise noted in the site, no part of TAC may be copied or reproduced in any way without the expressed written consent of TAC. Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall TAC or its licensors be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning. Security: You agree that when you are issued a Username and Password by TAC, you shall use your best efforts to prevent access to this site through your Username and Password by anyone other than yourself, including but not limited to, keeping such information strictly confidential, notifying the Company immediately if you discover loss or access to such information by another party not under your control and supervision, and by using a Username and Password not easily guessed by a third party. You agree that you shall not try to reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile, decompile, disassemble, translate or otherwise alter any executable code, contents or materials on or received via this site. You understand that such actions are likely to subject you to serious civil and criminal legal penalties and that TAC shall pursue such penalties to the full extent of the law to protect its rights and the rights of its other licensors. Submissions: Members are granted the right to Full Access to TAC secure areas and to make submissions to TAC Forums, Blogs and/or any other medium developed in the future. All areas used must be for lawful purposes only. No material shall be posted on or transmitted in any area or part thereof which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane indecent or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability or otherwise violates any law. Advertising or commercial solicitation may be posted on or transmitted through the site only with the express prior approval of TAC. The unloading or posting or otherwise making available in any community areas any material protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right is strictly forbidden without the express permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark or other proprietary right. Each Member is solely responsible for determining that such material is not protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right. Said Members shall be solely liable for any damages resulting from any infringement of copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, or any other harm resulting from any uploading, posting or submission. Members herewith grant permission to TAC and its Owners the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display any message posted in the Community Areas and/or any e-mail sent by you to TAC (in whole or in part) and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or later developed. Payments: As Subscription Fee is required to access TAC site content Members must pay all fees or charges to their account based on the posted TAC fees, charges, and billing terms in effect. Members may be required to provide TAC with a valid credit card as a condition to signing up for an account. Members are responsible for paying any taxes that may apply. No Income Guarantee: TAC makes no claim regarding income guarantees or results from using its products, services, recommendations or any partner services. You are joining TAC as a member and if you so desire, you may upgrade to paid membership. However this is not mandatory and you will have full access to all free download resources and information as a free member. Privacy Policy: All provided registered information is strictly for in house purposes at TAC in accordance with the Privacy Policy. No private information such as name, email address, IP address, phone number will ever be shared, given to, bought or sold to a third party. You agree to receive email from TAC at the sole discretion or its owner(s) and administration. You agree to never hold TAC accountable to spam or UAE complaints from you as long as you were a member TAC at the time of mailing. You are free to cancel your TAC membership at your discretion anytime. Third Party Sites: You may be transferred to online merchants or other third party sites through links, products or frames from this site. You are cautioned to read such sites' Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policies before using such sites in order to be aware of the terms and conditions of your use of such sites. These other sites are not under the control of TAC, are not monitored or reviewed by TAC, and TAC is not aware of the contents of such sites. You acknowledge that TAC is not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, decency, or any other aspect of the contents or any transmissions received through such sites. You agree that TAC and its owner(s) have no liability whatsoever from such third party sites and your usage of them. Cancellations: You may cancel your TAC membership at anytime you desire, however there will be no refunds for any charges processed within 36 hours of your cancellation notice. The act of canceling can be made via email or using the cancellation form inside the member area, however the act of canceling does not constitute an automatic cancellation of your billing. If you cancel after a payment has been processed, there will be no refunds for that payment. Cancellation requests must contain your name, username and date joined. If any of this information is missing, the cancellation request may not be processed and you are liable for all membership fees until TAC receives required information. Membership fees are annual and good for one year. TAC reserves the right to cancel any member for reasons that it feels are detrimental to the site, its members, its partners or the future success of itself. Cancellations performed by TAC are final and any restitution will be the membership fee paid within the past 30 days based on a prorated basis less a $50.00 processing fee. Refunds: As you get immediate access to proprietary Training Materials, ebooks and software products, under no circumstances will TAC refund any money for any reason. You are agreeing that you are purchasing a membership to TAC by your own accord without any coercion or intimidation by anyone associated with or not with TAC. In addition, you agree not to attempt to charge back or dispute any charges made by TAC to your credit card, or any other payment processing listed at www.affiliatecommunity.net now or in the future. In the event of a billing error or duplicate billing TAC will investigate the matter and issue a full refund if deemed necessary. Governing Law The Terms of this agreement and any operating rules constitute the entire agreement between the Member and TAC with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all previous written or oral agreements, with respect to such subject matter. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. |
